Single-head Gluten Tester Features:
A single-head gluten tester is a professional instrument for testing gluten content, gluten index and gluten water retention in flour. The equipment includes an indexing device, main machine, and dryer, suitable for the wheat and wholemeal flour accuracy test.
It is widely used in food and flour processing departments, grain and oil research institutions, grain storage departments, colleges and universities, scientific research institutions, etc.
When the gluten tester index is between 70 and 100, the permitted error of the two test results is not more than 11 units; when the index is lower than 70, the permitted error of the two test results is not more than 15.
